- Are there minibars in the room?
Answer
In room minibars are available in all our superior rooms located on level 7,8 and 9. A smart bar machine (vending machine) is available on all other floors.
- Are there smoking rooms available?
Answer
No, our hotel is 100% non smoking.
- Do you have a car park and how much does it cost?
Answer
Yes, we do have onsite car parking available. The first hour will be free and it goes to a maximum of $16 for a whole day.
- How do I cancel my reservation?
Answer
This will depend on the channels you booked your rooms. If you book directly through the hotel, cancellation must be made 24 hours before your booking by phoning the hotel. Please note also that depending on the type of your booking fees may apply.
If you booked through other channels such as a travel agent, you will need to contact your travel agent to cancel the booking.

- How do I get to Sydney Airport from the hotel?
Answer
The Airport is located 5 to 10 minutes away from the hotel and we have a shuttle bus that runs every 30 to 40 minutes.

- How is a child determined?
Answer
We define a child as being between the ages of 0-15 (inclusive) to receive children's pricing.
- How much does it cost for an extra person or rollaway?
Answer
Rooms are available for 2 adults and 1 child (up to the age of 15) with existing bedding. The charge for an extra person over the age of 15 will be $44 per person.
- Is there a charge for internet usage?
Answer
Yes, we do charge an amount of $24.95 for 24 hours. Alternatively, you can enjoy 1/2 hour free down at the lobby.
- What can I do around here?
Answer
There are a number of activities guests can enjoy. Firstly, we are located close to Kogarah Golf Club, near Cooks River and Cahill Park. An evening or morning walk is popular amongst guests to enjoy the fresh air. Furthermore, we are ideally located 10km away from the City Centre, giving guests easy access to visit the beautiful city of Sydney. - What loyalty programs are available for returning guests?
Answer
Choosing the right loyalty program is important. Accor has 2 loyalty programs that guests are able to choose. Firstly, guests can choose to sign up to our free membership A-Club, where guests will accumulate points during their stay at all participating Accor hotels.
Alternatively, guests are also able to sign up to Accor's Advantage Plus program at an extra cost. By signing up to Advantage Plus, guests are automatically signed up for A-Club. With Advantage Plus, guests not only accumulate points but are eligible for rooms and restaurants discounts.
